How to get the right fit

Wear the type of socks you'll wear with your sneakers and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.

Stand up straight with you heel against the wall and a place a piece of paper on the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.
Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (heel to toe length) on the paper. Repeat with the other foot.
Measure the heel to toe length you created and compare the measurement to our sizing chart.

Disappointing

I spent $200 hoping these shoes would be suitable for work and would not hurt my feet.
The top part of the shoe at the seam is so small and tight, and digs into the top of my right foot. It's fine with the left foot, but not with the right. I know one foot is bigger than the other, but the difference with the way these shoes fit bewteen one foot and the other is significant. I love the style, but I can't walk in them without being in pain. Such a disappointment. I woud not buy these again.
